About Our Team

Gregory Allen
Chairman, CEO |
As a 30 year veteran of small and minority business development, I have come across dozens of programs designed to help businesses grow. I have never been as excited, or more convinced that a program could have an impact on small/minority owned business as I am about bartering.
Offering a process that eliminates the need for cash truly has the ability to reshape the minority business community and the way small businesses function. I am truly grateful for the opportunity to offer this process to a segment of the market that I have spent all of my professional life serving. |

After earning my MBA in 2003 and experiencing the effects of
corporate downsizing, I became totally disenchanted with the offerings of corporate America. It wasn’t until I was introduced to the world of barter and its ability to create a paradigm shift in minority business that I became excited about my business future again. I can honestly say that working with small & minority-owned
businesses and teaching them the benefits of bartering really gets my juices flowing and gives me something to look forward to every day. |

Regional Director

Managing over 2500 employees for Western Union for
38 years taught me a lot about customer service, and
even more about building a successful Business-2-Business
Network. After raising my 2 daughters, traveling around the world and helping to build Western Union Telegraph into a household name, I thought I was ready to retire. That is until I heard about BarterLink. Now, I am more excited than ever to bring my knowledge and expertise to what I believe will become the premier
barter exchange in the world! |

For most of my career I have devoted myself to helping others succeed in business and in life. Through my work in ministry, non-profit organizations and administrative services I have sought opportunities to advance knowledge relative to higher achievement. I am very excited
to be a part of the BarterLink legacy and look forward to bringing its dynamic benefits to businesses in Texas. |
