As a 30 year veteran of small and minority business development, I have come across dozens of programs designed to help businesses grow. I have never been as excited, or more convinced that a program could have an impact on small/minority owned business as I am about bartering. Offering a process that eliminates the need for cash truly has the ability to reshape the minority business community and the way small businesses function.
